For the second year running Canterbury Christ Church University (CCCU) will be participating in the upcoming EU Studies Fair in Brussels. The fair – held on 5-6 February – is the largest event of its kind, bringing together the major providers of higher education involved in the study of the EU and European politics. The involvement of the Centre for European Studies (CEFEUS) marks an important watershed for Politics and International Relations at CCCCU, with the Centre’s programmes competing for students among a top-tier of prestigious European universities, including the College of Europe, the London School of Economics, and HEC Paris. The event also offers CEFEUS staff an invaluable opportunity to highlight the new Master’s degrees now offered by the School: the MSc in Politics (Migration and Minorities), the MSc in European Politics (Diplomacy), and the MSc in International Relations (Security Studies). By participating in the EU Studies Fair the Centre is able to highlight the scholastic merits of the new, bespoke courses to a continent-wide audience of keen future students. It also offers an unrivaled opportunity for CEFEUS representatives to generate new contacts in other EU countries and to seek out new international exchange opportunities for existing students and staff.
